1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags intact).
✅ Exceptions:

  • Clearance/final sale items (marked on the product page).

  • Perishable or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

⚠️ Important:

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims. Without it, we cannot process your request.

  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective/incorrect.

2. Replacement Policy

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Requirements:
🔹 Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
🔹 Provide:

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Mandatory parcel opening video (no exceptions)

Process:

  1. Our team will verify the claim.

  2. A replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:
🔄 Returned items meet our eligibility criteria (Section 1).
💸 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Exceptions: No refunds for:

  • Non-returnable items (Section 4).

  • Missing parts or customer-induced damage.
